What changes have you made for COVID-19? 

To ensure safety for everyone, proper hand washing procedures are followed before packaging anyone’s order.

In terms of local pickup, all orders that are being picked up from my residence are being done by contactless pickup.

Do you offer local pickup? 

Yes, there is a pickup option available at checkout. No coupon code required. Simply select this option at checkout and when your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email confirmation with pickup hours and my address.

I kindly request that all local pickup orders are picked up within one week of ordering.

Will you custom dye your yarn? 

Yes, however I only take custom requests for my regular colourways that have not be retired/discontinued. I will not dye custom colours or colour match. 

There is a 2 skein minimum order for custom orders. I will not mix and match my yarn bases unless you are ordering a minimum of 2 skeins from each base.

What currency is your yarn priced in?

All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars. 

How is my order shipped? What are my shipping options? How much does shipping cost?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post using the shipping method that you choose during checkout. I offer flat rate shipping in Canada and the United States. There are traceable and untraceable options available. In Canada, if your order contains more than two skeins, you will only have a traceable option at checkout.

For orders shipped within Canada, untracked shipping is a $5 flat rate and tracked shipping is a $10 flat rate.

For orders shipped to United States, untracked shipping is a $12 flat rate and tracked shipping is an $18 flat rate.

For International orders, please note: “Small Packet” shipping does not include a tracking option, and can take several weeks to arrive to some destinations. We can provide verification that your shipment was accepted by Canada Post, but we cannot be responsible for shipments after they are accepted by Canada Post. If you need to be able to track your item, please select Expedited Parcel, Tracked Packet, or Xpresspost. Thanks for your understanding. 

Do you offer tracking on vacuum sealed orders? 

All orders that are shipped flat (vacuum sealed), are sent by letter mail and cannot be tracked as it is meant to make shipping more affordable. This service is only available to Canadian customers at this time. Only 1-2 skeins can be sent using flat shipping. Yarn will be shipped as a hank instead of a skein. This is all that I can fit in the bag without encountering issues.
