Shipping policy

Depending on the price of your order and your location, you may have one or more shipping options available at checkout. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Packages leaving Canada are transferred to the destination country's designated post provider.

Canada:

Vacuum sealed shipping for orders of one skein is available. Yarn will be untwisted and shipped as oversized lettermail with no tracking or insurance. This option will only be displayed if your order is less than a specific weight.

Flat rate shipping is available for orders up to $200. These orders will be tracked and insured for $100.

Orders over $200 can choose free shipping at checkout. These orders will be tracked and insured for $100. If you wish to purchase additional insurance on your order, please contact me prior to placing your order.

United States & International Orders:

Orders shipped to the United States or internationally will have the option of untracked shipping (Small Packet) or tracked shipping. Untracked shipping is not insured.
