For the month of March, I’ve decided to send donations to Tree Canada. They have planted over 82 million trees across Canada in an effort to restore communities affected by natural disasters. As a lover of nature this organization speaks volumes to me. Forests provide protection and homes for wildlife, fresh air for us to breathe, and entertainment in the way of hiking trails and camping. As a little girl who spent much time learning about forestry, how to survive in the wilderness and spending much of my spare time in the forest, forest restoration will always be important to me.
